Planning all the logistics and details of a wedding celebration can be overwhelming. With over four years in the wedding industry, we know the ins and outs of executing the various aspects of a wedding. Our logistical planning kicks off with an in-depth conversation and questionnaire to determine your exact needs. We'll begin with finding out exactly all that you've planned so far and identify any areas you need help with. From there, we'll discover your vision, wants and needs for your wedding celebration and connect you with remaining vendors we believe would be the best fit for your vision and personality.

PLANNING
With our expertise, we'll create a detailed wedding day timeline that includes vendor contact information, arrival and departure times, time allocations for each part of the day, and more. After receiving all of the details and vendors you've already planned for your wedding, we will create a detailed wedding day timeline outlining vendor details, arrival and departure times, time allocation for each portion of the day, and more. Your final timeline will then be sent to all vendors so they can see the full wedding day at a glance, and you can have a stress free wedding day!

Vendor Coordination
Our goal is to ensure you're able to experience your wedding day with as little to no stress as possible. We become the main point of contact for your vendors the month leading up to your wedding day and will coordinate with your vendors the week and day-of your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Step One
The first step is to fill out our inquiry form. We'll respond within 24-48 business hours with detailed information and availability.
Step Two
Next, you'll hop on a consultation call with Angela. During this call, we'll discover what your needs and wants are so we can ensure we're the right fit for you.
Step Three
You'll receive a proposal based off the details of our consultation call. During this step, you'll book your wedding planning experience with us with a signed contract and retainer.
Step Four
We'll begin with venue and vendor selections and move forward with a design concept. We'll communicate with you often throughout the planning process and we are always available if you need guidance with anything.
Step Five
The day has arrived! At this point, you will be fully hands-off while we take the reins and execute everything according to plan.
