Planning all the logistics and details of a wedding celebration can be overwhelming. With over four years in the wedding industry, we know the ins and outs of executing the various aspects of a wedding. Our logistical planning kicks off with an in-depth conversation and questionnaire to determine your exact needs. From there, we'll manage your budget, timeline and logistics with unlimited communication, so you can enjoy the planning process.
With so many venues and vendors, it can be difficult to choose the right one for you. Thankfully, we know exactly how to navigate venue selections and have experience working with all types of venues. We've also curated a list of skilled, trusting and professional vendors in every category. After understanding your needs and vision, we present you with vendor options that we believe will be the perfect match for your style and personality.
Creating a custom design that feels like the two of you is one thing we love to do! By learning about you both, we are able to create a design that is incorporated from the Save the Date down to the smallest detail, giving guests a unique experience that is inspired by you!
Throughout the day, we'll be checking in with you and your wedding party, while monitoring the timeline to ensure everything progresses seamlessly. Our team will oversee rental installations, coordinate guest transportation, and manage all vendor activities. Additionally, we'll carefully style your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces in line with our design vision. We'll begin with finding out exactly all that you've planned so far and identify any areas you need help with. From there, we'll discover your vision, wants and needs for your wedding celebration and connect you with remaining vendors we believe would be the best fit for your vision and personality.
With our expertise, we'll create a detailed wedding day timeline that includes vendor contact information, arrival and departure times, time allocations for each part of the day, and more. In addition to the timeline, we offer three in-depth planning meetings and comprehensive setup and layout coordination to ensure every detail is perfectly organized. Our planning services eliminate stress, allowing you, your friends, and family to relax and enjoy every moment!

After receiving all of the details and vendors you've already planned for your wedding, we will create a detailed wedding day timeline outlining vendor details, arrival and departure times, time allocation for each portion of the day, and more. Your final timeline will then be sent to all vendors so they can see the full wedding day at a glance, and you can have a stress free wedding day!
Our goal is to ensure you're able to experience your wedding day with as little to no stress as possible. We become the main point of contact for your vendors the month leading up to your wedding day and will coordinate with your vendors the week and day-of your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly.
On your wedding day, you can relax and be in the moment as we seamlessly execute your wedding day with our detailed timeline. We will oversee rental installation, guest transportation and vendors, so you can focus on marrying the love of your life and spending time with loved ones.

You'll receive a proposal based off the details of our consultation call. During this step, you'll book your wedding planning experience with us with a signed contract and retainer.
Step Four
We'll begin with venue and vendor selections and move forward with a design concept. We'll communicate with you often throughout the planning process and we are always available if you need guidance with anything.
Step Five
The day has arrived! At this point, you will be fully hands-off while we take the reins and execute everything according to plan.
