Q: How many of your team will be there on our wedding day?
A: We will always have a team of two on-site. This ensures that we can assist the two of you, your family, vendors and guests while simultaneously setting up your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces.

Q: Can we book you if we don't have a venue or date yet?
A: Absolutely! We actually recommend our full service clients to hire us before choosing a venue or date. We'll be with you from the very beginning and will take the lead in helping you select the perfect venue for your vision.

Q: How many weddings do you take on each year?
A: We limit our weddings to about 12 per year so that each client gets our undivided attention and a high touch service.

Q: Are you available to help with full wedding weekends?
A: Yes! We love helping clients with full weekend festivities, such as the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, post-wedding brunches, and more.

Q: How do you keep us and our celebration organized?
A: We take organization and detailed planning very seriously! Every client has their own personal portal, which houses all of their vendor information, budget, tasks and checklists, timelines, design mock-ups and more.

Q: What are the next steps to begin planning together?
A: We're honored when clients choose us to work and plan with. To officially begin planning with us, we only require a signed contract and a 50% retainer, which goes towards your full balance.
